In the latest RIO Fly Fishing Tip Simon Gawesworth shows how to make a "Catch Cast". A catch cast is a cast that allows an angler to cast the line out, then flick the rod tip to make the leader and fly jump out of the water and land in their hand - useful for changing flies quickly.
