Sawyer Killer Bug made with Semperfli Chadwicks 477 Substitute. The Sawyer Killer Bug is a great Trout Fly. This fly is fished in the style of Special Nymphs & Shrimps or Trout Flies or Nymph

This is Sandy Dicksons version of the classic Sawyer Bug enhanced with hares lug thorax. It is a deadly fly and works on trout & grayling

I liked the look of this fly and ordered some. They are well tied and look very catchy. I have used the bug/buzzer twice and caught a fish on it.

I purchased the above flys in sizes 10,12,14, they are very well tied and of course barbless have not used them yet they do look the part

I was disappointed with colour of this wire as in my opinion it was more of a copper colour than the light gold as described. Apart from the colour the wire seems fine

Problem with other makes of Flex or Flexi Floss is that they are sold in cut lengths. UNI FLEXX FLOSS is packaged on a spool of 15 yards, so I can cut long lengths to suit the flies I'm tying. The Red Flexx Floss is just the right colour I was looking for. Great product, good price and speedy delivery from the essentially, thanks guys😊
