Baetis Nymphs are imitations of the blue winged olive nymph. This is also known as an "agile darter". These can be found by kick sampling the river, if you find darters with dark brown wing buds then these are likely to hatch during the day, so remember these flies will be deadly but the Blue Winged Olive will also hatch in all likelyhood that means you need to be prepared for the sport of the BWO hatch which Brown Trout adore on the rivers.
