Originally designed by Hans van Klinken as an emerging caddis pattern for Grayling the Klinkhammer has also been well known to catch Trout. Ideal as part of a team with Buzzers or Nymph's or even with micro Gnats so the Klink can double up as a visual indicator for you too.

Our top tips for fishing Klinks:

  1. Moisten the body with water or saliva, put floatant on the post and wing to ensure correct fly seating
  2. Cast forward of moving fish
  3. Be adventurous, suspend small buzzers or nymphs below Klinks
  4. Use Klinks as flies AND indicators for small midges like Griffiths Gnats at distance
  5. Never allow the current to drag the Klinkhammer making it look un-natural

I was disappointed with colour of this wire as in my opinion it was more of a copper colour than the light gold as described. Apart from the colour the wire seems fine

UNI FLEXX FLOSS

Problem with other makes of Flex or Flexi Floss is that they are sold in cut lengths. UNI FLEXX FLOSS is packaged on a spool of 15 yards, so I can cut long lengths to suit the flies I'm tying. The Red Flexx Floss is just the right colour I was looking for. Great product, good price and speedy delivery from the essentially, thanks guys😊
