Lunn's Particular

The River Test is a fabled chalk-stream. W. J. Lunn was the keeper of the Houghton Club stretch of the River Test for 45 year, caring for the River Test from 1887. Lunn's Particular is the creation of W. j. Lunn and first saw the light of day around 1916. The Lunn's Particular has continued to catch fish since that time The Lunn's Particular is a classic fly in every sense of the word. Lunn's Particular is a good olive spinner imitation.

I was disappointed with colour of this wire as in my opinion it was more of a copper colour than the light gold as described. Apart from the colour the wire seems fine

Problem with other makes of Flex or Flexi Floss is that they are sold in cut lengths. UNI FLEXX FLOSS is packaged on a spool of 15 yards, so I can cut long lengths to suit the flies I'm tying. The Red Flexx Floss is just the right colour I was looking for. Great product, good price and speedy delivery from the essentially, thanks guys😊
