Grand Max fluorocarbon is an an unbelieveable flurocarbon with amazing strength. This is a real specimen fly line and as its name indicated because it is softer it is suitable for trout and specimen coarse fishing. Manufactured by Kureha Company specialists in fluorocarbons. The Seaguar and Grand Max lines are award winning, however most importantly for the fly fishermen their breaking strains compared to diameter make them the strongest in the market.
When purchasing consider the diameter NOT the breaking strain because these lines are much stronger than other fluorocarbons in the market so you can use a stronger fluorocarbon for the same diameter.

I'll start by saying I don't usually like using fluoro, I think it's overrated, expensive and some of the claims made don't stand up to scrutiny. That said there are times when I do use it for its UV resistant properties. When fishing in hot, sunny climates I want something that does not degrade in sunlight and fluoro is far superior to nylon in this respect. Grand Max is the strongest fluoro tippet available for it's diameter so if I'm going to buy fluoro it'll be Seaguar Grand Max
