Grade Structure:

All of the Metz products are of top quality, however there are different grades to help identify the perfect saddle / cape for your requirements.

Grade 1 - Highest quality, greatest amount of varied sizes of hackles and consistant in colour. Due to the grade structure these can be difficult to get hold of!

Grade 2 - Most common, slightly less amount of feathers than the Grade 1.

Grade 3 - Typically have more variation in colour consistancy and less feathers.

I was disappointed with colour of this wire as in my opinion it was more of a copper colour than the light gold as described. Apart from the colour the wire seems fine

Problem with other makes of Flex or Flexi Floss is that they are sold in cut lengths. UNI FLEXX FLOSS is packaged on a spool of 15 yards, so I can cut long lengths to suit the flies I'm tying. The Red Flexx Floss is just the right colour I was looking for. Great product, good price and speedy delivery from the essentially, thanks guys😊
