Hackle Pliers - Tear Drop Fly Tying Tools

Steel non rotary hackle plier. A grooved handle and large finger holes make this a very fine tool to use. ‘Roughed’ jaws provide extra grip and the tear drop shape allows a good transfer of strength into the jaws for subtlety in control. 6cm in length with jaws of 1cm in length.

I was disappointed with colour of this wire as in my opinion it was more of a copper colour than the light gold as described. Apart from the colour the wire seems fine

Problem with other makes of Flex or Flexi Floss is that they are sold in cut lengths. UNI FLEXX FLOSS is packaged on a spool of 15 yards, so I can cut long lengths to suit the flies I'm tying. The Red Flexx Floss is just the right colour I was looking for. Great product, good price and speedy delivery from the essentially, thanks guys😊
