Mayfly time is when Trout fishing is exciting, however there are some techniques that need to be mastered, first making sure you have the right colour and size for the hatch your fishing. Secondly presentation is key, make sure there is no drag on the fly as it drifts so make sure you perform an upstream mend if there is abnormal drag.

Observation of what the Trout are actually feeding on is critical as the short Mayfly window has all Nymph, Adult and Spinner all together and often anglers miss what the Trout are actually feeding on and present the wrong fly.

Problem with other makes of Flex or Flexi Floss is that they are sold in cut lengths. UNI FLEXX FLOSS is packaged on a spool of 15 yards, so I can cut long lengths to suit the flies I'm tying. The Red Flexx Floss is just the right colour I was looking for. Great product, good price and speedy delivery from the essentially, thanks guys😊
